Kevin Fox
Mr. Fox has developed a highly specialized practice that focuses on assisting clients with achieving regulatory goals and objectives, in particular energy market transformation efforts that facilitate growth in distributed energy resources. Mr. Fox also advises renewable energy project developers on regulatory compliance matters and the draftings and negotiation of complex commercial agreements that facilitate renewable energy project development. Mr. Fox works out of the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office.
Prior to co-founding Keyes & Fox, Mr. Fox worked in the Energy and Clean Technology Practice at the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and before that the Renewable Energy practice at Stoel Rives LLP.
Mr. Fox is a member of the California and Oregon bars. He received a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. from the University of California, Davis, where he focused on energy policy analysis and planning and graduated with highest honors.
